You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and the QA team throughout the Agile lifecycle, ensuring quality, accessibility, security, and compliance across releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, training, or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years’ experience in software testing (manual and automated).
• 1 year experience in mobile testing using mobile browsers and apps.
• 3 years’ experience creating and executing test cases from business requirements and user stories.
• 3 years’ experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and writing SQL queries.
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create and execute test cases.
• Develop, maintain, and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites.
• Design and maintain automated tests using approved testing frameworks and tools.
• Perform API, database, and user interface testing to validate application functionality and data integrity.
• Identify, document, track, and verify resolution of defects while providing clear status updates.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and fellow QA team members throughout the Agile development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Validate releases in test and production environments, including post-deployment verification activities.
• Support quality, accessibility, security, and compliance standards while contributing to continuous process improvement.
