Location: Remote

Pay: $50-$55/HR

Contract: 12 Months+

Job Summary:

We are seeking a QA Tester to support the development and testing of new healthcare features, ensuring seamless data movement between Rounder (Epic extension) and Epic. This role involves SQL validation, API testing, and UI testing for web and mobile applications in a Scrum/Agile environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare data workflows and be comfortable working with developers, testers, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test new feature releases, including an alert system to track patient status.
• Run daily SQL queries to validate joins and ensure proper data handling.
• Verify seamless data movement between Rounder (Epic extension) and Epic.
• Perform manual functional and UI testing for web-based and mobile applications.
• Conduct API testing using Postman to validate back-end processes.
• Collaborate with 10 developers and work alongside 4 other QA testers.
• Participate in Scrum meetings, user story evaluations, and Agile sprint tracking (140-160 points per sprint).
• Work within Azure DevOps to manage user stories and enter bots.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• SQL scripting & coding for query optimization and data validation.
• API testing experience (Postman preferred).
• Front-end UI testing for web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of DevOps & Azure.
• Experience in a Scrum/Agile environment.
• Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Epic or Epic Extensions.
• Experience with healthcare data security and compliance.
• Basic exposure to test automation (though this is a manual testing-focused role).
