Job summary

Greycell Labs Inc. is seeking an on-site QA Tester in Albany, NY to architect and execute automation suites across browsers using Selenium WebDriver with .NET Core 2.0/Java. The role requires ADA/WCAG testing and proactive collaboration with business analysts and end users.

You will work in SCRUM teams, develop scalable test frameworks, and ensure quality across health data environments while coordinating with developers and QA peers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of automation/regression testing experience.
• Experience with ADA/WCAG testing tools, NVDA, AXE, ANDI, Accessibility Insights.
• Experience architecting automated test frameworks that are modular and reusable across apps.
• Experience with Jira for test management and defect tracking.
• Experience in testing with PHI/HIPAA health data environments.
• Experience in Scrum/Agile teams and collaborating with developers.

Job Description

• 84 months of experience architecting, creating, maintaining, and executing automation/regression suites using Selenium WebDriver with .NET Core 2.0/Java across multiple browsers and applications.
• 84 months experience with ADA/WCAG compliance testing using NVDA, AXE Dev Tool, ANDI, Accessibility Insights, and AxeAuditor.
• 84 months experience in creating and implementing test parallelization, developing test strategy, test plans, build test suites. Architect automation frameworks that are adaptable, modular, scalable, and reusable across multiple applications and platforms including mobile devices (android and IOS devices)
• 84 months experience with quality assurance, usability testing and analysis, using Jira for managing and maintaining test cases, running tests and tracking the defects.
• 84 months experience creating test documents for user acceptance testing (UAT), participating in UAT, coordinating/tracking/analyzing by working directly with business analysts, technical subject matter experts and end users.
• 72 months experience working on a scrum team, actively participating in ceremonies, and working directly with developers in an agile environment, ensure transparent communication, and alignment across cross ‑ functional teams
• 72 months experience using Team Foundation Server, GitLab and SharePoint.
• 72 months experience working with applications and data that contain Protected Health Information (PHI) covered by HIPAA regulations within a health care environment.

Responsible for all testing related activities plus development of context sensitive help screens for these applications and others: DLMS (Distributed List Management System) - a system that allows OMH to hire people for high-turnover positions, without going through the standard civil service procedures. PCS (Patient Characteristics Survey) - a system that all OMH funded local providers must use every 2 years to update information about the patients they serve. NOD and ATA Rewrite project. Plus other projects as needed.
