Job summary

Oasys International LLC seeks a Quality Assurance Tester to lead application testing for projects supporting a federal government agency. You will work within an Agile delivery team to understand functionality, processes, and integrations, and plan comprehensive testing across the software lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on testing, reusable test artifacts, and collaboration with product owners, developers, and DevSecOps to strengthen quality and testing practices.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to learn complex applications and translate workflows into repeatable test scenarios.
• Experienced in functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, exploratory, accessibility, and performance testing.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments and coordinating testing across sprints.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business processes to define test scope and coverage.
• Plan, coordinate, develop, and execute testing for sprint features, releases, and production fixes.
• Develop and execute functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and performance tests; maintain reusable test scripts.
