Job summary

FEDRUS GLOBAL LLC is seeking a QA Tester to join our software quality assurance team. The role involves reviewing system specs, crafting test plans with developers, executing test cases (manual or automated), and documenting defects.

You will report issues to developers and participate in post-release testing to ensure quality across the SDLC. Ideal candidates have proven QA experience, familiarity with Agile, strong documentation skills, SQL literacy, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Working knowledge of test management software (like qTest, Zephyr) and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Collaborate with Software Developers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
• Help troubleshoot issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
