Job summary

Dotmatics is seeking a QA Tester to join the LabArchives team, focusing on ELN, Inventory, and Scheduler products. You will work cross-functionally with technology, product, and support teams to impact the development process and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience performing functional tests for new features and regression.

• Familiarity with web accessibility standards and testing tools.

What do we need

We are looking for a QA Tester to join our LabArchives team working on our industry-leading Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN), Inventory, and Scheduler products. You will work cross-functionally with technology, product, and support teams, you will have a substantial impact on our development process and, of course, our products.

LabArchives is a secure, cloud-based platform for collaborative research data management and lab course publishing. Researchers, instructors, and students use it to organize, document, store, protect, share, and publish their research and data. Our products are trusted by hundreds of thousands of researchers, thousands of lab science courses and instructors, and hundreds of institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and other organizations around the globe.

In this role you will get to

• Contribute to the full lifecycle of test case design, planning, execution, and scaling.
• Help create and expand our automation test framework.

We are looking for people who with a relevant Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and 2+ years of relevant working experience.

The Key Skills we are looking for:

• Exposure to functional test plan design, documentation, and execution for both new feature development and regression of legacy systems
• Ability to clearly document and communicate software defect details, reproduction steps, and execution context
• Basic knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards and testing tools

Total Rewards

Dotmatics utilises a national market-based approach to base pay benchmarking and pay band development. The candidate's final starting pay is based on job-related skills, experience, job specific qualifications & location. In addition to base salary, Dotmatics has implemented a total rewards strategy, which is the combination of compensation, benefits and recognition.

This is the range that we, in good faith, believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

Base Pay Range$61,000-$83,000 USD
