Role: QA Tester

Location: Lansing, MI

Position Type: Contract on W2 Only

Experience Required: 12+ Years of Experience

Eligible Visas: USC/GC/H4-EAD

Note: Need only Genuine profiles. Cosmetics Client experience must be needed.

Job Description:

1. Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
2. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, traceability matrix, testing documentation, and test cases.
3. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
4. Understand the fundamentals of e-commerce business and functional aspects to focus QA.
5. Ability to multi-task; working on multiple project teams and wearing multiple hats.
6. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
7. Work with Support/Dev/Customer Service Teams in a highly collaborative environment.
8. Work closely with Operations/Features Development and product team.
9. Take initiative and actively prioritize by managing multiple detailed tasks on a day-to-day basis.
10. Capable of analyzing and calculating the fundamental scope of testing.
11. Follow through with assignments, tasks, and commitments.
12. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Qualifications:

1. 3-4 years of hands-on Manual QA experience.
2. E-commerce experience required.
3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, or any related field.
4. Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or an equivalent e-commerce platform is desirable.
5. High level of attention to detail & efficiency.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Must be familiar with order flow, transactional and payment modules.
8. Preferred knowledge of end-to-end testing with multiple systems.
9. Excellent communication skills.
