Job summary

PriceSenz LLC seeks a QA Test Manager, Level 2 to provide technical assistance to project staff and state stakeholders across concurrent projects for a Texas state agency. This role will lead meetings to understand and document business operations, systems, and user needs, ensuring comprehensive requirements analysis for technology solutions.

The candidate will coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and work with the project's Technical Lead to document and resolve defects.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in business analysis or QA testing
• Experience coordinating UAT
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and tooling
• Experience documenting BRD/SRS and design requirements
• Ability to lead workshops and meetings across remote teams
• Experience with interfacing large legacy systems

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings to capture business operations, systems and user needs
• Coordinate and oversee UAT activities
• Document software defects and coordinate resolutions with Technical Lead
• Develop plans and artifacts supporting project management lifecycle
• Ensure timely, accurate requirements analysis across multiple programs
• Support ongoing operations with testing and validation
