Job summary

GDH is seeking a Temp Quality Assurance Test Lead to oversee testing across multiple project releases and support initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards and risk mitigation. You will develop and maintain test strategies, coordinate various testing efforts, and serve as the primary communications link between business, development, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA teams for enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and release management processes.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing across multiple projects, releases, and production support activities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, schedules, and resource estimates.
• Coordinate functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and drive issue resolution to meet project timelines.
• Monitor testing progress, identify quality risks, and ensure release readiness.
• Provide status updates, quality metrics, and executive reporting on testing progress.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Promote continuous improvement in testing processes and regression coverage.
• Serve as a liaison between business, development, and QA teams to facilitate communication.
• Support testing activities with automation, API testing, and data validation as needed.
