Job summary

GDH is seeking a Functional Test Analyst to assure quality and functionality of software solutions. You will validate requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage testing across multiple phases to support successful project delivery.

The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in enterprise application testing, including regression and end-to-end testing, with testing assets managed in Azure DevOps. Hybrid work between office and remote is offered.

Qualifications

• Prior software testing and QA experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in creating and executing manual test cases.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar testing tools.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with enterprise application testing, incl. regression and end-to-end.
• Knowledge of API, integration, and data validation testing.
• SQL skills and troubleshooting experience.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to develop test coverage.
• Create and maintain test cases, scenarios, data, and docs.
• Execute Functional, Integration, End-to-End, Regression, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects during testing.
• Validate business processes and system integrations against requirements.
• Maintain testing assets and document results in Azure DevOps.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality concerns to stakeholders.
• Support improved testing processes and regression test suites.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams for alignment.
• Provide feedback to improve testing practices and software quality.
