Job summary

Digital Control Incorporated (DCI) is seeking a QA Tester to join our team and help shape testing strategy across multiple HDD products. You will plan tests, execute across functional, stress, and performance phases, and document defects to ensure top quality.

The ideal candidate has a technical background, 3+ years of related testing experience, and knowledge of manual and integrated HW/SW testing. You will collaborate with engineers and product managers in an Agile environment to deliver

Qualifications

• High School diploma and some college or technical training.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience with manual and integrated HW/SW testing.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of test plans and test cases for multiple products.
• Execute tests across functional, stress, destructive, and performance phases.
• Promote QA productivity through automation, tools, and best practices.
• Configure, operate, and maintain tactical information systems for testing.
• Be responsible for sustaining the lab systems under test between test events.
• Support field incident condition replication and resolution related to the system under test.
• Participate in the Agile development process and track sprint progress.
