Job summary

Digital Control Incorporated (DCI) is seeking a QA Tester to develop testing strategies and execute tests across multiple products in a dynamic lab environment. The role emphasizes quality culture, automated thinking, and collaboration with engineers and product managers to ensure robust releases.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of QA experience, hands-on manual and HW/SW testing, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and some college or technical training.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience with manual and integrated HW/SW testing.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Test Planning and Strategy: develop and execute test plans and cases for multiple products across phases (functional, stress, destructive, performance).
• Test Execution and Bug Resolution: configure, operate, and maintain lab systems; verify bugs and testing fixes; support incident resolution.
• Test Support and Collaboration: diagnose anomalies; share ideas to improve efficiency; participate in Agile sprint tracking.
