Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Software Tester to evaluate software development, identify defects, and ensure products meet stakeholder requirements.

You will design and execute test plans for functional, regression, integration, and system testing, and partner with developers and product teams to understand data flows. The role involves manual testing with potential contributions to automated scripts, documenting test results, and communicating risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand customer requirements and software data flow.
• Perform manual testing and contribute to automated test scripts when applicable.
• Validate software functionality in run‑time environment and similar.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, best practices, and release timelines.
• Provide clear, concise test reports and communicate risks or issues to stakeholders.
• Conduct user acceptance testing support and assist end users when needed.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using tracking tools such as Jira.
• Provide feedback to developers on product quality and functionality.
