Eos Energy Enterprises is seeking a Test Engineer to ensure performance, safety, and reliability of our battery systems through rigorous testing and data analysis. Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA, with expectations to design and execute tests, analyze results, and train teams on procedures.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in battery testing or energy storage, a degree in engineering, and proficiency with MATLAB or Python for data analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in battery testing, power systems, or energy storage technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB or Python).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test protocols for battery systems focusing on performance, durability, and safety.
• Coordinate and conduct tests on battery systems using state-of-the-art equipment and methodologies.
• Generate detailed technical reports, present findings, and work with cross-functional teams to apply results to design improvements.
