Job summary

G2IT is seeking an experienced ServiceNow QA Tester to support testing and QA of an enterprise ServiceNow ITSM platform for a Department of War agency. The role requires developing and executing test plans, validating applications, and ensuring government acceptance criteria are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related testing experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• 3+ years of software testing in enterprise applications.
• Hands-on testing of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow ATF or similar tooling.
• Knowledge of CMDB, Incident/Change/Problem modules.
• Experience with Agile environments and UAT.
• Section 508/WCAG accessibility testing knowledge.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for ServiceNow ITSM.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Validate ServiceNow Service Catalog and approvals.
• Develop automated tests using ATF.
• Support UAT with government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure accessibility testing compliance.
