NuAxis Innovations is seeking a talented QA / Tester for a full-time role. The QA/Test Engineer will plan, execute, and document testing across Appian, Drupal, and a Kafka-based data hub, ensuring releases meet functional, accessibility, performance, and security standards.

Responsibilities include test planning, execution, UAT support, and building automated regression tests, with a focus on Section 508 accessibility and integration testing across interagency systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of software QA/testing experience on enterprise or government IT systems.
• Hands-on experience with functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience testing web applications and low-code platforms (Appian strongly preferred).
• Proficiency with JIRA for test case management and defect tracking.
• Knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility testing tools and techniques.
• Basic SQL skills for data validation against relational databases.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust suitability determination.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and document testing across Appian, Drupal, and Data Hub components.
• Develop and maintain test plans, scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Support UAT and coordinate testing activities with stakeholders and Federal Project Manager.
• Perform System Integration, Regression, Smoke, and Functional testing.
• Lead automation efforts to reduce cycle time and improve coverage.
• Log, track, and report defects in JIRA with end-to-end traceability.
