Job summary

Agile5 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a QA & Test Engineer to lead QA, automated data reconciliation testing, and Section 508 accessibility compliance for enterprise software and data lakehouse modernization initiatives.

This on-site position collaborates with government stakeholders and engineering teams to author comprehensive test plans and validate system readiness for production deployment. Responsibilities include developing test plans for developmental, functional, and operational testing,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent).
Experience with automated test development and execution tools; e.g., pytest, Selenium, SoapUI.
Experience with SQL-based data validation queries.
Experience authoring formal test plans, test cases, and test completion reports in Agile using Jira or Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA; accessibility testing tools such as axe, WAVE, Lighthouse.

Responsibilities

Lead QA and automated data reconciliation testing for enterprise software and data lakehouse modernization.
Develop and maintain comprehensive Test Plans across development, functional, high availability, and operational testing.
Lead Test Readiness Reviews and present results at Production Readiness Reviews with government stakeholders.
Design and execute automated data reconciliation test scripts for migration accuracy and schema/PK integrity.
Perform Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility testing with automated tools and manual techniques.
Author ACRs, VPATs, and Final Test Reports; conduct usability testing with end users.
Track defects and manage testing workflows in enterprise test management platforms.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project documentation.
