Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience in nondestructive testing inspections (NDT).
• NDT Level II certification required (Visual, Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle).
• Experience with QA workbooks and test/inspection plans (TIPs).
• Knowledge of ISO standards and NAVSEA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control tests/inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
• Record and analyze data; write summaries and reports showing deviations.
• Maintain QA documentation and provide quality training.
• Guide and mentor less-experienced staff; support quality improvement initiatives.
• Occasional travel (25–50%) as required.
