Job summary

GreenGate Fresh in Arizona is seeking a QA Technician to perform tests on in-process products, ensure compliance with Food Safety standards, and follow GMP and safety protocols in a production environment. The role includes monitoring chlorine and citric acid levels in processing water, documenting results, and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.

The position requires bilingual English/Spanish communication with line staff, basic arithmetic, and the ability to work in mildly cold

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related Quality Control experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document chlorine and citric acid proportions in processing water.
• Submit supporting documentation and report discrepancies to Supervisor.
• Interact with manufacturing line employees, primarily in Spanish.
• Evaluate raw and finished product for defects and conformance to quality standards.
• Maintain communication with manufacturing staff and participate in Tailgate meetings.
• Follow Food Safety Policy and GMP requirements at all times.
• Assist QA team and management as assigned.
