Job summary

SK Food Group in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a QA Tech I to support quality assurance of finished products, raw ingredients and packaging materials. You will help ensure GMPs and food safety practices are followed, collect measurements, perform in-line audits, and coordinate with production on regulatory issues.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) or 1–2 years related experience, comfortable using standard lab equipment and tablets, and possess strong attention to detail and

Qualifications

• Ability to operate standard lab equipment and read specifications.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with GMPs and food safety concepts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collect measurements, test and report results within spec ranges.
• Ensure sandwiches are built to specification.
• Conduct in-line audits/product assessments for compliance.
• Coordinate with production on regulatory issues and document actions.
• Ensure GMPs are followed and cleanliness inspected.
• Assess facility sanitary compliance.
• Collect weights and measurements of finished products.
• Ensure packaging integrity and accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
