SK Food Group is seeking a QA Technician I to be part of our team in Groveport, OH. This role involves assisting in quality assurance tasks including assessing food products and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or 1-2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Food Safety fundamentals is desirable.
• Ability to operate standard lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Collect measurements, test and report results on components.
• Ensure sandwiches are built to specification.
• Conduct in line audits/product assessments for compliance.
• Coordinate with production on regulatory issues.
• Ensure GMPs are being followed.
• Assess facility for sanitary compliance.
