JBS USA Food Company in Souderton, PA is seeking a QA Technician I to monitor food safety and quality programs, ensuring compliance with company standards and federal regulations across production, shipping, and USDA interactions.

Responsibilities include HACCP monitoring, SOP/SOP adherence, pre-shipment inspections, reviewing records, data collection, and collaborating with Shipping and Production to address deficiencies; shift is 1st and may require extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SOPs, SSOPs, GMPs, and HACCP programs.
• Perform HACCP procedures per federal regulations.
• Conduct pre-shipment inspections of products and trailers.
• Review quality and safety records for accuracy.
• Collaborate with QA Supervisors, Shipping, and Production.
• Identify problems and implement corrective actions with minimal supervision.
