Job summary

Suja Life seeks an on-site Quality Assurance Technician to ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across production. You will monitor conditions, verify CCPs, and document GMP/SSOP/HACCP practices in a fast-paced juice facility.

The role requires 1–2 years in quality control or the food industry, strong computer skills, and the ability to work with changing schedules and overtime. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control or the food industry preferred
• Familiarity with food safety regulations is a plus
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to document properly

Responsibilities

• Monitor production conditions, specifications, process controls and tracking controls
• Verify CCPs online and take corrective actions as needed
• Check pH, temperature and brix of each juice batch against specs
• Document GMP, SSOPs and HACCP compliance
• Record retention and qualification of equipment, lots and labels
