Job summary

Qualifications

• This role requires 2 years of quality experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of quality experience with an Associate degree.
• 6 months of quality experience with a Bachelor or higher degree.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and inspect product at various stages of the production process.
• Compile and evaluate statistical quality data for product reliability.
• Input data into SAP, Excel and Access.
• Trend data and coach operators to operate within control limits.
• Calibrate equipment and maintain lab equipment and housekeeping.
• Lead plant inspections and communicate findings to management.
• Perform routine quality checks and adjust to meet specifications.
• Prepare required reports for Quality, management and customers.
• Perform pre- and post-operational inspections for start-up readiness.
