IQ Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a QA Technician in Bear Creek, WI. The role tests finished products for acid, salt, pH, and sulfites, ensuring specifications across all lines and verifying lot codes. Fast-paced, safety-focused, efficient testing is essential, with shifts on 2nd and 3rd.

QA Tech will test for fill weights, metal detection, color, flavor, and provide accurate documentation. The job requires lab calibration, audits, and collaboration with supervisors to solve quality issues.

Qualifications

• E.D. or equivalent.
• Proficient at Word and Excel. Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test or measure product for conformance to specification.
• Lab equipment calibration.
• Perform internal plant audits to identify any conformance.
• Consult with manager to resolve quality, production, and efficiency problems.
• Collaborate with other supervisors/managers to coordinate activities of departments including production.
• Maintain thorough and accurate reports and paperwork.
• Track efficiency and QA function performance.
