Job summary

Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join the Largo, FL team on the 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM). You will inspect alarms and electrical panels, test and document results, and support production goals with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include following standards, utilizing the IFS system for records, and collaborating with engineering and production to resolve quality issues and drive improvements across panels and assemblies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, electrical, panel wiring, controls, or related technical areas is a plus.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, drawings, bills of materials, travelers, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect fabrication, wiring, labeling, and design work on alarms and electrical panels for errors and compliance with standards.
• Safely test panels and alarms and verify operation as specified.
• Document discrepancies involving materials, travelers, inventory, drawings, and labels.
• Maintain UL and product traceability, including test images and data labels.
• Learn and use the IFS system to complete tasks and maintain records.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues and drive improvements.
