Kelly Services in Largo, FL is seeking skilled Electrical Panel Technicians to fabricate, assemble, wire, and test control panels of varying complexities. Opportunities exist for Technician I–III with increasing responsibilities based on experience and proficiency.

You will read schematics, install devices, build panels, and maintain documentation while adhering to UL standards. Join a team focused on quality, collaboration, and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand tools, machinery, and equipment for panel fabrication and assembly.
• Ability to read schematics, production drawings, bills of material, and technical documentation.
• Experience with panel construction and wiring, including components and labeling per UL standards.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, modify enclosures, and lay out back panels per schematics and standards.
• Install and wire devices, control components, and equipment while following UL standards.
• Build and wire panels (relay-based, PLC-based, HMIs, VFDs) per experience level.
• Maintain project documentation, markups, and track progress for FTQ feedback.
• Perform QA and functional testing to ensure panels meet specs.
• Verify BOMs and coordinate corrections before shipment.
• Complete testing docs and audit trails for each project.
• Collaborate with Design Engineers and Project Managers to resolve issues; mentor junior techs.
