Golden State Foods – Conyers, GA is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM). This full-time position focuses on testing products, performing process checks, and maintaining food safety and quality across the facility.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Microbiology, 1–3 years QA experience, HACCP/GMP knowledge, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Word and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of QA or food safety experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and quality systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Basic Word and Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform tests and audits on raw, in-process, and finished products.
• Record accurate documentation of test results and audits.
• Provide feedback to production teams on quality and safety concerns.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment.
• Train new team members on QA procedures.
• Support customer, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Assist continuous improvement efforts in QA.
