Job summary

Kerry’s Manitowoc, WI facility is seeking a QA Technician to safeguard product safety and quality. You will work with production teams, run tests, monitor quality, and participate in release decisions to protect our brand and customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or higher in a related science field, experience in regulated environments, and strong skills in Excel and MS Outlook. 12-hour night shifts are available, with a competitive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Need to Succeed

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's Degree, College Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related science field.
• Experience in food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or a regulated production environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSMA, aseptic techniques, FCC/USP/ASTA testing methods, or related quality systems.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

What We Offer

The hiring range for this position is $27.00-$29.00 per hour. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement. Working 12 hour shifts (600PM-600AM), 4 nights on, 4 nights off - you can balance your time off and time working!
