Job summary

Kerry is seeking a QA Technician in Manitowoc, WI, to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across raw materials, in-process and finished goods. The role requires strong laboratory/analytical testing background and familiarity with GMP/HACCP and FSMA practices.

You will work with production teams, perform tests, and support release decisions to protect our brand. This is a 12-hour shift role with four nights on, four nights off, offering comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degrees in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or regulated production environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSMA, aseptic techniques, testing methods (FCC/USP/ASTA) or related quality systems.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Laboratory or analytical testing experience.
• Ability to work independently on an off-shift schedule.

What We Offer:

The hiring range for this position is $27.00-$29.00 per hour. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Working 12 hour shifts (6:00PM-6:00AM), 4 nights on, 4 nights off - you can balance your time off and time working!
