Micross in Manchester, NH is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support QA administrative tasks, including creating First Article Inspection reports using web systems and Excel, gathering records, and inspecting sample components.

You will review Quality Assurance Certificates (CoC), assist with Internal Audit activities, and perform additional duties as assigned. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork with training provided.

Qualifications

• Organization skills and ability to respond to changing goals based on production needs.
• Ability to use measurement equipment such as optical comparators and hand tools.
• Knowledge of Micross processes and component handling.
• Familiarity with production order paperwork processes.
• Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel).
• Desire to work in a team environment to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Create customer First Article Inspection (FAI) reports using web-based systems and Excel.
• Gather records, perform dimensional measurements, and inspect example components.
• Provide accurate and detailed analysis of inspection data.
• Respond to customer requests for FAI updates or corrections as needed.
• Review and approve Quality Assurance Certificates (CoC) for processed devices.
• Support Internal Audit program and other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

• This includes gathering applicable records, dimensional measurements, and inspection of example components.

• Additional role responsibilities to include:
• Review and approve Quality Assurance Certificate (C of C) for processed devices
• Support Internal Audit program
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
