Job summary

Integra Technologies seeks a Quality Assurance Technician in Manchester, NH to support QA administrative tasks. Primary duties include creating FAI reports using web-based tools and Excel, collecting records, taking dimensional measurements, and inspecting sample components to ensure accuracy.

You will respond to customer requests for FAI updates, review CofC for processed devices, and assist with internal audits while learning from the QA team.

Qualifications

• Experience operating measurement equipment including optical comparators.
• Familiarity with Micross processes and proper component handling.
• Ability to complete production order paperwork accurately.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (email, Word, Excel).
• Strong organization and teamwork to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Create customer First Article Inspection (FAI) reports using web-based and Excel documents.
• Gather records, dimensional measurements, and inspect example components.
• Provide accurate and detailed analysis.
• Respond to customer requests for FAI updates or corrections.
• Review and approve Quality Assurance Certificates (CofC) for processed devices.
• Support Internal Audit program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

The role of Quality Assurance Technician will support various QA administrative requirements including:
