We are currently seeking an exceptional QA Tech here at Incora.

The QA Tech is responsible for quality assurance activities related to receiving inspection, labeling, storing, and shipping chemicals at the distribution centers. This role ensures all products arrive with the required documentation, including test reports, process and raw material certifications, etc., to ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and trackability, thereby avoiding non-conformance issues.

Key Activities include:

• Running canned and custom liability reports and presenting findings to customer-facing teams.
• Creating customer-specific root-cause analysis presentations regarding excess inventory and standardized SIOP customer metrics.
• Assisting with data integrity, validation, reporting, and implementation across multiple ERP systems.
• Tracking actions to drive accountability across functions.

About You:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, AS 9120 preferred. Ability to perform root cause analysis and research thoroughly.
• Skills in utilizing inventory management systems for data entry, audits, and research are required.
• Ability to respond to urgent requests from multiple sources and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills across organizational levels.
• Working knowledge of Wesco customers and products is required.

About the Role:

• Perform quality assurance reviews by verifying received materials and certifications for part traceability and document accuracy, ensuring compliance with customer and product requirements.
• Use inventory management and client quality systems to document material information and discrepancies, and segregate/placard as needed.
• Review and assign shelf life and storage conditions based on specifications.
• Consistently release conforming materials for warehouse processing, including stock put away, picking, and shipping.
• Conduct root cause analysis and communicate with procurement and suppliers/vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor temperature recording devices on storage units and take appropriate actions when outliers occur.
• Support hazardous materials processing, including printing certifications, labels, and transportation paperwork.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and paperwork to support internal and external review and processing.
• Coordinate sampling with external customers and labs as needed.
• Assist in training team members to maintain material integrity throughout the supply chain.
• Participate in departmental or company meetings and training sessions.
