Environmental Conditions

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards, and comply with cleanroom protocols (no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, etc.). PPE such as safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, and ear plugs are required. Standing for the full shift.

Millersburg, PA - Single-Use manufacturing locations.

How Will You Make an Impact?

Support on-time delivery of high-quality products by working alongside the manufacturing team. Ensure product and process compliance during manufacturing.

A Day in the Life:

• Perform visual inspection of first piece, in-process, and final products in a fast-paced environment.
• Use measuring tools for dimensional testing.
• Document all inspection activities meticulously in batch records, including label verification and critical machine settings.
• Review environmental control documentation daily.
• Ensure operations personnel follow SOPs and cleanroom conduct.
• Adhere strictly to SOPs and work instructions.
• Control non-conforming materials during manufacturing.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in Quality Assurance or Quality Control required.
• Experience in a cGMP environment preferred.
