Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in food science, biology, or related field
• 2–5 years in QA/manufacturing, preferably in food/beverage
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisor experience preferred
• Certification: PCQI, HACCP, SQF Practitioner preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist QA manager in developing and maintaining food safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance
• Review records such as CCP, PC and other documentation; write and implement QA procedures
• Lead training and coaching to ensure understanding of quality policies
• Oversee PEM program including swabbing, investigations, and corrective actions
• Support audits and drive continuous improvement across facility functions
