Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Meat/Food industry preferred.
• Strong HACCP/GMPs knowledge and food safety practices.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to ensure program adherence.
• Supervise sanitation checks and verify equipment cleanliness daily.
• Serve as liaison with USDA to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Train and monitor staff on SOPs, SSOPs and GMPs.
• Oversee QA Technicians and foster team development.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet performance guidelines.
