Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Food Science or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated increasing responsibility in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in the food or related industry.
• 5+ years in QA with 3 years supervisory experience desired.

Aufgaben

• Lead QA Supervision and Sanitation staff in a 24-hour facility, including staffing, training, development, and reviews.
• Maintain and improve product quality via audits and investigations of consumer complaints.
• Oversee plant food safety, GMPs, sanitation, and Food Safety Plans with record review and corrective actions.
• Track and report QA metrics and budgets; drive continuous improvement and issue escalation as needed.
