Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking an experienced QA Lead to mentor a team of reviewers and ensure quality across complex guidelines. You will drive process improvements, coordinate with stakeholders, and set clear expectations for performance and accuracy.

This role requires 3-5 years in QA, at least 1 year leading others, strong attention to detail, and availability five days a week including weekends, with hours 7am-4pm PST.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance.
• At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Strong attention to detail in following complex guidelines.
• Experience in QA, annotation, data labeling, or AI training data preferred.
• Availability to work five days a week, including weekends if needed.
• Ability to work within the set hours of 7am-4pm PST.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of reviewers in quality assurance
