Job summary

Wagstaff is seeking a Quality Assurance/AT Support professional to assist the AT Quality team by troubleshooting issues that slow inspection activities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive resolution and collect data for process improvements in a manufacturing setting.

You will provide a first-response to quality requests, determine necessary involvement, maintain ownership of resolutions, and use MES tools. Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• AA or AS degree in an engineering technologist field or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9001, AS9100, NQA-1) and basic quality tools.
• Understanding of inspection disciplines (weld, non-destructive testing, dimensional).
• Ability to read and extract data from engineering drawings and schematics.
• Experience using ERP systems and MS Office; auditing background is desirable.
• ASQ certifications (CQI, CQT, CQA, CQE) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first response support to Quality work centers and stakeholders.
• Determine appropriate involvement to resolve a broad range of issues.
• Maintain issue resolution ownership and use MES for corrective actions.
• Advise management on progression of unique issues.
• Redline quality planning documents and initiate NCRs as needed.
• Support pre-release reviews and identify information gaps for process improvement.
• Represent AT Quality professionally and promote safety and organization.
