AgileEngine is seeking a QA/Support Engineer to author and QA AI-driven automations against defined healthcare workflows, and to maintain structured technical and process documentation for a healthcare technology platform. The role requires fast ramp-up, strong attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The position offers 100% remote work with a 3-month contract and potential extension, leveraging GitHub, Slack, and JIRA to keep projects aligned and on schedule.

Qualifications

1+ years of technical or software-adjacent experience.
Experience authoring and QAing AI-driven automations against healthcare workflows.
Fast ramp-up time with strong attention to detail and structured docs.
Comfort with remote collaboration and high-volume automation tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide support and documentation for healthcare automation workflows.
Execute high-volume, detailed automation tasks with accuracy.
Contribute to improvements of core applications and internal tooling.
Create structured technical and process documentation for operations.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.
