Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a QA/Support Engineer to author and QA AI-driven automations against defined healthcare workflows, and to maintain structured technical and process documentation for a healthcare technology platform.

This 3-month contract with potential for extension requires fast ramp-up and strong attention to detail, collaborating across product, engineering, and QA teams using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical or software-adjacent experience.
• Experience authoring and QAing AI-driven automations against defined healthcare workflows.
• Strong communication and teamwork in remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and documentation for automation work.
• Execute high-volume, repetitive automation tasks with accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of core applications and internal tooling.
• Create structured technical and process documentation for ongoing operations.
• Use GitHub, Slack, and JIRA to maintain project alignment and speed.
