Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a QA/Support Engineer to author and QA AI-driven automations against healthcare workflows, maintain documentation, and support core platform operations. This role emphasizes fast ramp-up, high attention to detail, and collaboration across product, engineering, and QA teams.

The engagement is a 3-month contract with potential extension, and offers 100% remote work with flexible hours. You will use GitHub, Slack, and JIRA to coordinate across globally distributed teams.

Qualifications

1+ years of technical or software-adjacent experience
Experience authoring and QAing AI-driven automations against defined healthcare workflows
Fast ramp-up time and strong attention to detail
Experience with remote collaboration tools such as GitHub, Slack, and JIRA

Responsibilities

Provide support and documentation for automation workflows
Execute high-volume, repetitive automation tasks with accuracy
QA AI-driven automations against healthcare workflows
Contribute to continuous improvements of core applications and internal tooling
