Job summary

Catholic Guardian Services seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for the Unaccompanied Minors program. The QA Manager provides leadership and oversight of quality assurance and compliance across all UC program sites, supervising QA staff, audits, and monitoring to ensure ORR requirements and agency policies are met.

You will work with program leadership to promote continuous quality improvement and operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of care for the children

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s with extensive QA/compliance experience accepted.
• 3–5 years of experience in QA, compliance, or monitoring in child welfare, foster care, or refugee services.
• Strong knowledge of ORR regulations, UAC Policy Guide, and child welfare best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA team across UC program sites and oversee audits.
• Ensure ORR compliance, federal regulations, and agency policies.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and operational excellence.
