Job Title: QA Supervisor
Salary: $75,000 - $77,700 (Based on educational achievements and experience)
Pay or shift range: $75,000 USD to $77,702 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on factors including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

The Quality Assurance Manager provides leadership and oversight of quality assurance and compliance activities across all UC program sites. This role supervises QA staff, oversees program audits and monitoring, ensures compliance with Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) requirements, federal regulations, and agency policies, and partners with program leadership to promote continuous quality improvement and operational excellence while ensuring the highest standards of care for the children and families we serve.
