Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager at its Boise, Idaho facility to oversee product and process quality across lines and audits. You will partner with QA staff, operations, and management to drive KPI performance and maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP, and SQF standards.

The role requires at least 5 years in QA/QC in food manufacturing, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and proven supervisory experience. Flexibility to cover non-standard hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Leads QA team with strong communication and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF, and other regulatory standards.
• Experience with quality management systems and tools.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Test products and audits to ensure quality and safety.
• Supervise QA staff and coordinate with other departments.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
