Warabeya North America Inc. seeks a QA Supervisor to lead FSQA programs at the VA plant, ensuring safety and quality in line with established standards. You will interact with USDA/FSIS inspectors and coordinate QA activities across departments.

The role requires onsite work in Stafford, VA, with 1st and 2nd shifts and a strong focus on GMP, HACCP, SQF, and regulatory compliance. Supervisory responsibilities include training QA techs, maintaining records, and ensuring recalls and traceability

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of food safety role in the food manufacturing industry.
• Experience with HACCP, Seafood HACCP, Food Defense, PCQI, Sanitation, SQF and GMP.
• English and Spanish proficiency in both oral and written.

Aufgaben

• Suggest and plan actions for prevention and quality risk measures.
• Ensure all product specifications are met daily.
• Inspect plant sanitation and product quality, maintain QA calendars and verification.
