Warabeya North America is seeking a Production Supervisor to support the Production Manager and lead production teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment in Stafford, VA. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-time delivery while managing labor and training initiatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating with QA, Material Control, and Maintenance to meet targets, maintaining the production schedule, and ensuring 100% training and compliance with USDA/FDA requirements.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years in food manufacturing.
• English and Spanish proficiency in writing and speaking.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Experience with USDA and FDA regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work holidays, weekends and overtime.
• Must be onsite and authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

• Lead production leads and associates with focus on safety and quality.
• Ensure adherence to the daily production schedule and on-time delivery.
• Control labor costs and overtime while meeting standards.
• Coordinate with QA, Material Control, Maintenance and other teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare and review daily production reports and timecards.
• Assist in weekly production scheduling and planning.
• Support training and cross-training of line workers on critical skills.
• Ensure compliance with QA guidelines and food safety standards.
