Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in Cincinnati to uphold company quality standards and lead plant-level QA initiatives.

You will monitor processes, drive continuous improvement, and serve as the Preventative Control Practitioner to ensure compliance with federal requirements. The role includes leading a team, auditing programs, and partnering across functions to maintain product safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced beverage

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school.
• Experience with lab equipment and testing in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of sanitation and beverage processes.
• HACCP, HARPC, and ISO standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory data processing and ensure accuracy via exception reporting.
• Oversee CMS program ensuring QA specs and regulatory requirements.
• Support documentation, training, and requirements for quality certification.
• Lead internal audits of program elements.
• Lead a team to meet goals, safety practices, and deadlines.
• Develop teammates through coaching and continuous improvement.
• Monitor raw material and syrup yield and control expenses.
• Assist in audits from regulatory, certification, customer, or brand sources.
