Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a QA Supervisor (Days) to oversee blending, microbiological testing, and lab operations to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. You will lead audits, enforce GMPs, and investigate non-conformances while maintaining a safe, productive environment.

The role requires strong leadership, a background in food quality systems, and the ability to coach team performance. This is a full-time day shift with responsibilities across quality and safety functions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in manufacturing field or similar environment.
• 4+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• 4+ years of experience managing people and projects.
• Experience may include a combination of work and education.
• Preferred 6+ years in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Preferred 6+ years in supervisory role managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversees blending of raw materials to product mineral batches and maintains mineral inventory.
• Oversees laboratory duties including microbiological testing of finished product and environmental monitoring.
• Oversees stocking, rotating and maintenance of lab supplies and equipment; completes daily paperwork.
• Monitors internal audits of sanitation, GMPs and machine operation; reports results to Supervisor.
• Ensures quality systems are adhered to and maintained at all times.
• Performs root cause/corrective action investigations for non-conformances.
• Oversees safety team activities; enforces safety requirements.
• Backs up QA Manager on food safety and quality tasks when needed.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Quality, Biological Sciences, Engineering or other related field

Master's Degree in Food Science, Quality, Biological Sciences, Engineering or other related field
