Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of work experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with the casting industry and related processes is desirable.
• Strong NDT testing knowledge (VT, MT, PT, RT) is required.
• Strong communication skills and program management abilities.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QC Inspectors and assign work.
• Develop customer confidence through clear responses to queries and corrective actions.
• Foster competence and trust with customer representatives via Source Inspection and Surveys.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and promote quality excellence.
• Stay updated on advances to reduce wasteful operations.
• Forecast potential problems and suggest solutions.
• Be proactive in implementing quality programs.
• Ensure adherence to all safety policies.
